Sales Manager

Your focus is the success of your team, creating opportunities and adding value, always working on strategies that will take your team to the next level and strengthening the business.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: Achieving sales targets for the core Metricon Brands within the designated region

Operate at both the strategic and operational level to develop and implement sales strategies, while coaching the team to support Metricon’s growth and dominance in the industry within its identified markets

Achieve the monthly / annual budgets for sales & supporting activities

Complete reporting as per business requirements

Manage and motivate a talented sales force and assist in the training of support staff; and

Implement strong sales strategies within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and develop a highly competent and professional team.
