ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the District Sales Manager you will lead a team of Business Development Executives. This is a diverse role which will allow you to really make an impact on your team and within the community that you work in.
This is a hands-on sales management role with a focus on leading a team, building strong relationships and maximising growth within the territory as well as giving you the ability to run key events for your region.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead team to execute, deliver, and achieve agreed KPI metrics
- Effectively manages territory to maximise net contribution
- Identifies key opportunities for growth
- Assists BDE to manage underperforming outlets
- conducts trading terms/contracts negotiations
- Optimises pack/price mix in outlet
- Debtor Management
- Capital Management
- Identifies New Business opportunities
