ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

As the District Sales Manager you will lead a team of Business Development Executives.  This is a diverse role which will allow you to really make an impact on your team and within the community that you work in. 

This is a hands-on sales management role with a focus on leading a team, building strong relationships and maximising growth within the territory as well as giving you the ability to run key events for your region. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Lead team to execute, deliver, and achieve agreed KPI metrics 
  • Effectively manages territory to maximise net contribution
  • Identifies key opportunities for growth
  • Assists BDE to manage underperforming outlets
  • conducts trading terms/contracts negotiations
  • Optimises pack/price mix in outlet
  • Debtor Management
  • Capital Management
  • Identifies New Business opportunities
