Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will challenge conventions and infuse event spaces with new energy and ideas. Your responsibilities include:
- Devising and implementing innovative sales strategies to optimise revenue generation;
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external;
- Inspiring and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets;
- Actively engaging in industry events and familiarisation tours to stay abreast of trends and opportunities; and
- Effectively promoting all aspects of their venue.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success. (Hotels experience preferred, however would consider a strong sales leader in hospitality);
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a high-traffic venue;
- A relentless pursuit of excellence and a passion for delivering outstanding service;
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills; and
- The capacity to effectively lead and manage a diverse team of professionals.
