We are excited to announce we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in Berrinba QLD. Your previous people management skills will be essential for success in this role.
Key accountabilities include:
- Increasing sales and market share of the Trade business through operationalising business development initiatives
- Developing and maintaining sales through servicing existing trade accounts including plumbing merchants, electrical wholesalers and industry associations
- Managing, supporting and developing a sales team of four direct reports
- Playing a key role in increasing awareness of the Rinnai brand within the QLD market
The successful candidate will have strong negotiation skills, an analytical mind with a focus on customer needs, the ability to forge strong relationships, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Similarly, the ability to work well supporting and managing a team but work independently within your own accounts/customers is crucial.
Candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record in sales/business development, preferably in the Plumbing, Gas or HVAC sector and those having previously managed a sales team will be held in high regard.
