Some of your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Achieving sales objectives and targets.
- Building and maintaining new relationships with customers.
- Representing company to current and potential customers and site travel.
- Developing growth strategies and plans to target new business.
- Building and nurturing existing client relationships to support expansion of existing services.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Identifying and mapping client needs and negotiating suitable outcomes.
Based in Midland you will be reporting to the Director of the company, and will be responsible for developing new business, through canvassing, networking and leveraging off existing relationships to onboard, retain and grow a high quality customer base and grow the revenue for the company.
You will enjoy developing relationships, sourcing opportunities and engaging with a wide range of people. To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated successful outcomes
- Outstanding client service skills
- Ability to set and achieve targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professionalism, a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
