About the Role
As our Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales growth by securing new commercial and industrial clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and qualify new commercial and industrial sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits of SolarArk's solutions.
- Prepare and submit compelling tenders for commercial projects.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Travel interstate to meet with clients and attend industry events).
Skills and experience:
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in tender preparation and submission for commercial projects (highly desirable).
- Plumbing industry experience (desirable).
- A valid Australian driver's license.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel interstate.
