The Position
Reporting to the Field Sales Manager , the Sales Representative will drives sales, build and maintain customer relationships, and expands our market presence.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Promote and sell Bob & Pete's Bakery products to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the designated area
- Presenting, promoting, and selling our products to customers
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer information
- Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities
- Attending trade shows, events, and other promotional activities as required
About you:
- Previous experience in bakery or food production experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for sales success.
- Valid driver's licence for local travel within your sales territory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
