We have a unique opportunity to grow with the business and make a significant impact as a Sales Representative (Solutions Specialist) in our Wangaratta store.
As the Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellence in customer service with a customer-centred approach. You will actively build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales and growth in your region.
A National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check is required for this role.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellence in customer service, actively promoting sales of products and services in line with company KPIs while maintaining a customer-centred approach.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate the benefits of available products to customers.
- Actively promote the usage of our showroom to clients and customers.
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports.
- Collaborate with the Management team to proactively plan marketing and sales goals, as well as related activities, to drive sales growth in your region.
- Deliver, assemble, install, and conduct demonstrations of products in compliance with manufacturing and WHS guidelines.
- Basic maintenance duties.
- Facilitate and follow up on all quotes.
Our ideal candidate will have;
- Unrestricted state Drivers licence
- Experience working in a similar role;
- Industry knowledge desirable (not essential)
- Strong computer skills; experience using Microsoft Office and POS
- Proven written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of South East Queensland
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
