Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated territory through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value propositions to customers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand your customer base in the assigned territory.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
Salay and Benefits
Base – $80K - $100k | Super 11% | Car | Commission
