V&C Foods is the leading independent foodservice provider on the South Coast, based out of our state of the art facility in South Nowra. Servicing customers from Sydney to Eden, we pride ourselves on service excellence coupled with local knowledge. We offer our customers an extensive range of fresh meat, chilled, dry and frozen products. We are also the exclusive distributor of Streets Ice Cream and Lactalis milk products (OAK, Paul’s, etc) within our territories.
The Role
In this role you would be working with chefs and small business owners across pubs, clubs, hotels and cafes. Our customers include some of the jewels of the south coast and you would be on the road developing new business and supporting our existing customers. As a key part of the thriving V&C business, you would work closely with the management team to develop customer solutions and growth opportunities. The purpose of the role is to identify, pursue and grow sales and GP with existing and prospective customers within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new business with customers while maintaining existing relationships
- Identify and pursue potential areas for growth
- Identify and manage low yield customers into a more profitable trading relationship
- Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met
- Educate customers on entire product range and category trends
