About the role
The Role:With a robust plan in place to achieve the next generation of sales growth, we seek a highly organized and productive Account Manager to join the Radiant Team to manage our NSW/ACT Region. This is a challenging role that requires you to have excellent communication and time management skills. Conduct structured, scheduled store visits to ensure staff are up to date with our current and existing range while introducing them to our new product range and completing sales training on our range. To proactively source and develop new business through specification opportunities whilst growing revenue with existing customers and new market opportunities. Attend industry related shows. Country travel will be required to visit rural customers on a call schedule.

Skills and experience
The Person:To be successful in this role you will need the following attributes:
- Ability to form relationships with customer focus in B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills from store level through to store management and Business Owners.
- Previous Business Development, Sales and Account Management or Showroom experience essential.
- Be able to work in a Hybrid environment.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to staff to assist in driving sales.
- Understand competitor products and their route to market!
- Maintain Territory CRM daily.
- Existing contacts with Architects and builders are highly favorable.
- Organized, Systematic and process driven.
