Sales Representative - Agricultural Machinery

McIntosh & Son are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative - Agricultural Machinery located in Dalby, the agricultural hub of the Darling Downs Region.

The Role

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to join the team as an experienced Agricultural Machinery Salesperson. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person, who is friendly and driven by achieving results to support our fast-paced and dynamic Dalby Dealership

For this role we are seeking a candidate with a passion for customer service and a strong interest in the agricultural industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing, developing, and maintaining long term customer relations.
• Analysing existing and potential customer needs.
• Promoting product solutions to current and prospective customers.
• Maintaining product knowledge to support customers.
• Attending Field Days and Trade Shows.
• Ensuring swift attention to customer feedback and requirements.

You will need:

• Excellent communication skills, to be confident and personable with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A strong arable machinery understanding, you will be working with a wide range of new and used machinery of all sizes, ages and price points.
• Resilience to deal with the peaks and troughs in sales.
• Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Excel/Word
