As we continue to expand our presence in the healthcare industry, we are seeking a motivated and personable External Representative to build and strengthen relationships with General Practitioners (GPs) and allied health professionals.
As an External Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and fostering connections within the healthcare community. You will be responsible for engaging with GPs, specialists, and other allied health professionals to promote awareness of our brand/products/services and cultivate partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to build product and brand awareness of our range and establish and maintain relationships with GPs and allied health professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to GP clinics, healthcare facilities, and professional networking events to promote our brand and offerings.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts and nurture relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Specialists and Mangagement Team, to align strategies and support the achievement of sales objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback from the field to inform marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy.
About You
- You are a good listener, enthusiastic, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Have an outgoing personality that is interested and at ease with people at all levels.
- As you will be presenting to clients on a regular basis, you should be comfortable with public speaking, and be professionally presented and engaging.
- A proven track record of organisation and time management skills.
- A high level of communication (written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills. (including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers).
- Be motivated with high energy levels and strong results orientation.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback from the field to inform marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy.
