The Role:
In this role, you will assume responsibility for nurturing existing stockist accounts through ongoing support, training, sales initiatives, and relationship cultivation. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand presence and securing new accounts. We place a premium on professionalism, integrity, trust, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside our Branding Executive and reporting to the Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Initiating the brand's presence in clinics, spas, and wellness establishments across Australia and New Zealand through targeted sales prospecting.
- Cultivating genuine client relationships to foster growth and capitalize on opportunities.
- Conducting skin training via our designated platform and directly engaging with stockists when necessary.
- Establishing streamlined systems and processes to bolster team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contributing to our social media presence, including video creation and content development.
- Collaborating with external marketing teams and in-house designers to enhance brand visibility.
- Formulating and executing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Managing general inquiries and serving as the primary point of contact.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Staying abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry in Australia.
- A moderate to advanced understanding of skin health.
- Qualifications in Beauty or Dermal Therapy are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Charisma, a passion for beauty, and a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and sales skills, coupled with the ability to empathize and actively listen.
- Reliability, efficiency, and a high level of initiative.
- Comfort working autonomously and a demonstrated ability to take decisive action.
