About the Role
Are you a passionate and driven about sales and a powerhouse at exceeding sales targets whilst working in the interior design space?
As we continue to grow and expand into our new space in Brisbane, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven history of converting sales, a strong work ethic, an interest in interiors and a positive attitude to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
You will have a passion for exceeding sales targets, creative flair and love to create and foster strong light commercial partnerships with retailers and commercial corporate accounts including interior designers to increase the supply of Tribe Home products nationally.
Your organisational skills and your ability to work autonomously will be utilised allowing you to schedule showroom appointments and on the road visits to existing and new clients.
The role has three core areas of focus;
- Drive the sustained growth of new and existing business accounts within the sales department across QLD and Northern NSW, in the showroom and on the road travelling.
- Identify and take action on key customer needs, strategic business opportunities, and viable income streams.
- Successful, diligent, and accurate sales pipeline management to successfully manage and increase sales turnover.
Working predominately out of our Fortitude Valley showroom and on the road, the role will also involve some travel as required.
About You
You will be outcome focussed and determined to overachieve sales revenue targets, new business acquisition targets, and sales activity targets with extensive experience in pipeline management through a CRM system.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through strategic planning
- Experience in managing a large and varied portfolio of clients
- Proven experience in pitching and presenting to groups of corporate clients
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to frequently changing work
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse customer data and draw conclusions for focussed targeting activity.
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM and inventory management software and basic computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Physically comfortable to lift, open and present rugs to clients in showroom.
Experience in a similar industry role is favourable.
