An opportunity exists for a Sales Representative located in Ballarat, reporting to our foodservice branch in Bendigo.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customer bases within the region and the development of long term business relationships.
Duties:
- Maintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growth
- Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets
- Develop new business opportunities to increase sales
- Create and maintain customer pricing and margins
- Identify, develop and manage new areas of growth
- Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven sales experience in managing customer accounts and growing business
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Professional personal presentation
