We are expanding our Sales Team to be of better assistance to our customers, offering a range of automotive components and technical ceramics. With our household brands of NGK Ignition Parts, NTK Sensors and KYB Shock Absorbers.
The Role
If you love the thrill of the chase, making a territory your own and joining an expanding sales team, then this is the role for you. As a Sales Representative of Niterra based in Perth, Western Australia, you will be responsible for a specific territory within Western Australia. Situated out of your own home-based office, in this role you will be accountable for reaching revenue, profitability and growth targets in line with company objectives. You will be hands-on in the creation, implementation and execution of sales and marketing activities that grow the portfolio and strengthen partnerships with local and national distributors alike. This role offers a variety in daily duties and requires a polished, proactive and energetic proven sales professional to join this notable player in the automotive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Maintain a close relationship with all major customers in the territory and have an understanding of their relationship nationally
- Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan which should include sales campaigns, call plan and sales budget
- Report on a monthly basis to management regarding all market and sales activities
- Manage the use of the CRM program, ensuring it is maintained and up to date in your territory
- Collect market data, intel & provide feedback as required to support the Product Management & Marketing Teams
- Attendance of trade related activity requirements
- Compile and conduct store / branch level training programs as and when required
About You
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced, enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Professional with the demonstrated ability to drive performance and achieve sales results. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets through the promotion of the suite of products and providing training to local and national distributors. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on member of an engaged team and possess a strong professional and strategic acumen.
