About the position
As our Sales Specialist (Personal Alarms) you will have the opportunity to driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating relationships with individual consumers. Your primary focus will be on understanding Personal Alarm customer needs, promoting our products and services, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role requires a customer-centric approach, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate the sales process from prospecting to post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential personal alarm customers through various channels, including outbound calls and emails
Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Present products or services in a compelling manner, highlighting features and benefits that address customer requirements.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate our offerings from competitors.
Sales Closing: Guide customers through the sales process, addressing concerns and objections to secure commitments. Lose sales transactions and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent post-sale support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers regarding product satisfaction and preferences.
Share insights with the product development and marketing teams to contribute to product enhancements and marketing strategies.
About you
- Proven experience in consumer sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Experience in Medical Monitoring industry or Aged care industry would be ideal
