Your new company
This diverse and dynamic international organisation located in Archerfield, has recently undergone a period of growth and a knowledgeable and experienced Sales Support Administrator is required to assist the team with end-to-end administration support. This is a full permanent position working from 7:30am to 5pm each day.
Your new role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for supporting them whilst also assisting with the state team with generalist administrative duties, some of which will include:
- Main point of contact for the sales teams for fielding stock enquires and machine allocations
- Scheduling transport throughout Australia, liaising with external transport companies
- Responsible for signing off all transport invoices both internally and externally in Australia
- Collating and storage of sales documentation records for Australia
- Updating and maintaining machine databases and ordering systems to ensure accurate levels of stock
- Machine ordering, checking specs, shipping and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting the Business Manager in various month-end and administration tasks when required
- Managing the used fleet entry into the machine ordering system for Australia
- Assisting with machine costings and price lists
- Month-end Reporting
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- High attention to detail, be self-motivated, show initiative and be outcome-driven
- Ability to problem solve and make timely decisions backed with sound and reliable execution
- Exceptional computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office packages
- High level interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and to very strict deadlines, demonstrating loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to proactively identify, understand, communicate and act on current and future risks
