As they embark on a multi-faceted, nation-wide Salesforce implementation, they are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator or Functional Consultant to become a vital cog of this transformation. This is a newly created role and will suit someone that has had previous Sales Cloud experience and exposure to a similar SME Salesforce environment. You will bring an extensive technical understanding of Salesforce and be comfortable enaging with stakeholders and users at a functional level.
Reporting to the Product Owner, with a dotted line to the CIO, you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Maintain the health and stability of Salesforce Platform, including User Management, securit and best practice.
- Ability to comprehend and map business processes to Salesforce functionalities.
- Managing new releases of SalesForce and performing regular impact analysis.
- Proficiency in point-and-click configuration and declaritive development/automation tools:
- Experience with Salesforce Flow
- Experience building reports and dashboards
- Experience managing Sharing Settings, Permission Set Groups and general platform security.
- Experience with Dynamic Actions, Lightning Pages, building Apps so on.
- Create and maintain supportive documentation including process maps (as is, to be), configuration matrixes and training documentation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with end users and SMEs
- Knowledge of middleware tools and patterns.
- Integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs.
- Support/Troubleshoot/Implement integration changes such as
- Platform Events
- Demonstrate proficiency in CRM data management including importing, exporting and updating mass data.
- Demonstrate proficiency in deploying metadata from sandbox to Production
- Familiarity with version control systems.
- Managing and deploying changes across environments.
- Proficiency in Apex Programming including writing triggers, classes, and batch processes.
- Certification in Sales Cloud and Platform App Builder.
