• Analyse and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.

• Provide expert advice on Salesforce application solutions.

• Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.

• Conduct feasibility studies of applications and system solutions.

• User story grooming, writing detailed acceptance criteria.

• Expertise in handling requirements related to integrations.

• Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.

• Presenting sprint demo to business stakeholders.

• Utilise agile - scrum techniques to deliver on completing requirements.
