We rally together, drawing on the diverse skills across our teams and create environments where great ideas are heard.UGL are seeking interest from experienced Administrators with a background working in the Resources sector to join our operations team in either Sale or Melbourne.The SAP Administrator will assist with the day to day administration of the planning and scheduling team, ensuring both UGL and client systems are kept accurate allowing for the efficient transfer of information in the maintenance work cycle.About YouAs a key member of the team, your skills will ensure that all work meets the standards of project milestones. You will ideally have the following:

• Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of SAP
• Demonstrated ability with the Microsoft Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Ability to understand technical concepts and problem solving
• Sound knowledge of safety, quality, construction or maintenance procedures and requirements
• Attention to detail and eye for aesthetic reporting
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
• Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members

Desirable / preferred skills

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• An eye for detail and accuracy with numbers is essential
• Demonstrated analytical and technical problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills, with a demonstrated ability to work to deadlines, set priorities, and work under pressure
