Key Responsibilities:
- Work with project Sponsors, Leadership and PMO resources across the group and the SI to track, manage and report project progress, issues, changes and risks.
- Work with the SI to prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
- Plan, organise, manage and deliver all project phases to ensure on-time, on-budget and within scope completion including initiation, planning, design, execution, transition, monitoring and closure.
- Identify and source adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
- Oversee, orchestrate and direct the activities of the underlying functional streams for Finance, SCM, HCM, EAM, ISU and IT.
- Define project streams and develop Statements of Work for goods and services requested of third parties.
- Incorporate project completion and acceptance procedures into project delivery schedules.
- Manage and control resources, schedules, and scope.
- Identify and track project dependencies in the IT Portfolio with the dependency Project Manager.
- Identify and track project vulnerabilities, obstacles, conflicts and create innovative solutions to address them.
