AddressRestoration Response Australia is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic scheduler to join our team to assist with the day to day operations of our business due to our continued growth.
As a part of the larger Australian Response Group We have a diverse portfolio within the Building, Restoration and Construction industry, with internal Assessors, Carpenters, Plasterers, Painters, Restorers and Metal Roofers.
We are Brisbane owned and based, where no two days are the same; we are a small but focused team, where providing good customer outcomes is our number one aim.
Our core market is the Insurance repair industry, where we work alongside some of the biggest names in the business, assisting clients through catastrophes, providing meaningful and positive outcomes from make safe stage, right through to repair and completion.
Our office is based in Slacks Creek with parking available onsite, whilst also being close to public transport options.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Liaising with owners and insurers to advise on updates with their claim
- Scheduling internal trade teams
- Assist our assessors, contractors, trades and suppliers
- Administration duties such as contract management, data entry, scheduling bookings and customer queries
- Maintaining our shared inbox, raising work orders, updating customer portals, quote creation
- Adhering to KPI’s
- Repair co-ordination
- Assisting with report writing
Required skills and experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be able to work well within a team or independently
- Ability to problem solve and adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Experience withing the insurance building/insurance claims industry is highly advantageous
- SImPRO experience is desirable, however not necessary as training will be provided
