We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient work schedules for our technicians in the field. You will use your excellent communication and time management skills to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain work schedules for employees, considering factors such as skillsets, project deadlines, and employee availability.
- Utilize scheduling software to effectively allocate tasks and resources.
- Manage employee calendars, booking appointments.
- Communicate schedule changes clearly and efficiently to all relevant parties.
- Track project deadlines and adjust schedules as needed to ensure on-time completion.
- Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and time off requests.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Follow already proven systems to ensure the streamlined process of our Plumbing Business is continued.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably with scheduling responsibilities.
- Proficient in computer skills, working with xero, SimPRO, square payment apps
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
