Working closely with both the Production Manager, Production Coordinator as well as liaising with customers regularly on a Monday-to-Friday basis at their south-eastern suburbs location.

- Prepare and monitor the production installation schedule, working alongside the Production Manager and the Production Coordinator.
- Liaise with clients to ensure installation dates are met consistently.
- Monitor quality to ensure production quantity standards are always attained.
- Speak with customers regularly to convey clear production and installation expectations.
- At least 3-5 years of scheduling experience within a relative industry or at the very least an understanding of the complexities of the environment.
- Extremely strong customer relations skills to be able to manage expectations, ease potential concerns and provide timely updates regarding timelines.
- High level of resilience, understanding and thriving within the constant nature the role presents.
- Great written and verbal communication skills, ability to create and consistently manage a dynamic and constantly changing schedule.
- Heavily organised and extremely analytical.
