About the role

Our Workforce Planning team are seeking x2 Rostering & Scheduling superstars with a keen eye for detail and exceptional prioritisation and time management skills to join the team and provide timely, well balanced, and accurate staff rosters, manage client waitlists and schedule service appointments.
We have both x1 permanent and x1 fixed-term (6 months) positions available, commencing ASAP. *Please indicate your preference within your application.
What you will need to succeed
- Demonstrated 24/7 rostering and/or scheduling experience, ideally within the not-for-profit or disability services sector.
- Knowledge of how to apply award and enterprise agreement conditions to rosters.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NDIS funding arrangements, Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and related legislation.
- Experience in collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure staff training needs are adhered to while considering service delivery demands, knowledge of autism spectrum and effective support strategies.
- Proven ability to communicate sensitively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders both face-to-face and by telephone.
- Exceptional time management, prioritisation, planning and organisation skills.
- Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid workers), and National Police Check.
