The Role:
Remuneration: $33.78 per hour + 25% casual loading (GF23 as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement)

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold and maintain a current Victorian approved security license, First Aid certificate, and Employee Working with Children’s Check
- Demonstrated ability of strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills that result in efficient team functionality
- Demonstrated ability to meet all critical job demands, and work a 24/7 roster
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to utilise appropriate de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution skills
- Be reliable, honest and provide excellent customer service
- Be assertive and able to problem solve effectively
- Work within a team environment and autonomously with limited supervision
