The Security Vetting Administrator plays a key role in providing administrative support to a team of Security Vetting Officers and assists applicants by providing relevant information and material in support of their application for a National Security Clearance.
The role requires someone with organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Your duties will include:
Maintaining accurate up to date records for the end-to-end process of Security Clearance applications.
Provide customer service to applicants and ensure that they are provided with the necessary materials to complete their applications.
Liaise with external agencies in the safe and secure transfer of National Security Clearance Files.
Ensure the safe handling and security of highly sensitive information.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
High level communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
Requirements and relevant information:
One (1) x fixed term, six months position available.
If the position/s is part time, the salary plus superannuation will be pro rata.
This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo National Security Vetting, achieve and maintain a security classification as determined by the Department Head. To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
