We're Looking for Someone Like You:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years in a sales role, ideally hitting KPI-based sales targets, with a preference for experience in the B2C sector. Construction industry knowledge is a plus but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and telephone skills, capable of clearly conveying product features, models, and technical details.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous with quotes, note-taking, contracts, and record-keeping.
  • Professional Presentation: Outstanding personal presentation for client meetings, presentations, and consultations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skilled in contract presentation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to foster valuable connections with clients, builders, and architects.
  • Motivation and Learning: Highly self-motivated and eager to learn, with a goal of becoming a product expert.
  • Licensing: Possession of a current Australian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
