Senior Account Manager, HubblLocation: North RydeWe are searching for a Senior Account Manager to work within our newly launched game changing product, Hubbl!With an explosion of streaming apps in the market we have launched a new transformative product that takes the frustration out of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment into the world's best user interface - so there is no need to go in and out of apps to discover the content you love! Its Hubbl, TV and streaming made easy.As our Senior Account Manager, you will support and manage B2B clients to ensure Hubbl products are the #1 preferred product of retailers and consumers alike. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Sales, this role will be responsible for supporting the strategy, planning and ongoing management of retail partners commercial performance and growth. This is a key position to support and deliver to the retail strategy for Hubbl.Your responsibilities

  • Manage retail partnerships including sales forecasts, activations and performance management ensuring all sales targets are met and continue to grow to plan
Build strong partnerships with key partners identifying and maximising opportunities for growthDevelop and maintain sales reports ensuring accuracy, key KPI's and performance to planHelp build and manage the retail sales operational processes and plansIdentify areas for business improvement and new business opportunitiesManage the implementation and onboarding of new partnershipsDevelop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure success of the third-party retail sales, such as key partner head office, commercial, legal, marketing, productEnsure Risk and Compliance Management, including legal obligations, are fulfilledContribute to setting incentives and commission structures by retailer/channel, ensuring the right behaviours and outcomes are deliveredManage the retail calendar and work with key retail partners on forecasting and promotional plans to ensure sales targets are metExecute in-store activations with excellence driving sales performanceMonitor market, category, competitors, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and potential challengesYour experience and capability
  • 5+ years sales / account management experience, Australian Retail industry experience highly desirable
Results oriented mindset, with a track record of exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent planning, organisational and analytical skillsFlexible approach with a strong ability to problem solveTeam-player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships with business partnersKnowledge of media industry and TV and streaming devices markets is a plusTertiary qualifications in a relevant business or media discipline preferredA career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Kayo, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
