Senior Account Manager

Working alongside your team and under the leadership of the Business Manager, you will:

• Seek new opportunities with Clients that have an ongoing need for earthmoving plant and truck hire;
• Create and maintain Client relationships across your assigned territory; 
• Maintain existing key Client accounts.
• Actively encourage subcontractors to join our extensive subcontractor network at EPH;
• Address any Client inquiries or service requirements;
• Ensure all terms and conditions including rates, vehicle quantities, and other business details are correctly established before the commencement of projects; and
• Regularly update reports that detail upcoming projects, opportunities, and market trends.

You will have:

Our key selection criteria is for you to demonstrate a strong commitment and a positive attitude towards the role. 

• A valid and unrestricted driver's license;
• 2+ years experience as an Area Manager or similar sales role;
• The characteristics of a self-starter - a desire to hit the phones, pavement and networks to drum up new business;
• Strong knowledge of the Earthmoving/Plant Hire, Haulage and Construction industry;
• The ability to communicate both professionally and casually;
• A strong level of commitment to your team and your role;
• Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities; and
• A reputation for being reliable, enthusiastic and focused.
