Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant (Business Advisory) with our client, you will play a vital role in providing strategic financial advice and solutions to their valued clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis and preparing detailed reports to support business decision-making processes.
- Assisting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Advising on taxation matters, including compliance, planning, and structuring.
- Performing business valuations and due diligence assessments.
- Providing expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within client organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CA qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business Advisory roles within an accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
