An exciting full time opportunity has become available for a Goverment entity.
CBD Location, hybrid work arrangement.6 months contract.
We are seeking a professional, flexible and resilient Safety & Wellbeing advisor to join our client's team. This role is responsible for workcover, incident investigation, administration and data maintenance of injury/incident/claim. Report to the Direcotr of People & Culture.
Key responsibilities
Manage effective administration of claims management and return to work program.
Provide support to managers on legal compliance regarding workcover.
Coordinate health and safety programs.
High Stakeholder engagement with external bodies.
Recommend process improvement.
Key requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Health and Safety.
Must have experience in worker compensation, injury mamangement and claims process.
Ability to work autonomously in a tight knit team.
