As the Senior Brand Manager you will lead the translation of marketing initiatives into compelling, can driving sales programs based on Red Bull Occasions Marketing. You will be the main point of contact with our On and Off Premise sales teams to deliver solutions that prioritize brand building, while perfectly balancing can sales and customer needs - all while upholding the brand personality, values and standards. You will be fully responsible for engaging the entire organization, managing external and global partners, and leading a dynamic intern to create excellent 360 Marketing and Sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the development and alignment of full year occasions strategy across external and internal stakeholders
- Foster collaborative working relationships across Field, Sports, Culture, and Communications teams to optimize brand initiatives with maximum consumer impact
- Lead relationship with Shopper Marketing to develop retail marketing strategies
- Provide strategic input experience to recommend best trade-led activities that bring the Red Bull brand priorities to life
- Define, develop, and implement necessary processes to enhance marketing and sales performance
- Set objectives, develop and coach an intern to successfully execute brand plans and drive results
- Expertly communicate with and influence executive leadership; gain full organizational buy-in, from field to HQ, for occasions campaigns
Experience Required:
- 8+ years experience in (ideally) FMCG sector as a senior level Brand Manager
- Strong leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment; experience leading implementation of process/structure to optimize output
- Expert level agency management, from briefing to idea selection through to excellent execution in production
- Creative thinker and innovator, having led program from ideation to execution
- Strong communication skills, able to influence a room, and manage up and down
