About the role
We're recruiting for an Senior Engineering Change Analyst to support the execution of a transformation program that impact our technology and business teams. Reporting into the transformation office, you will provide best practice OCM by:
- Focus on collecting, gathering and interpreting necessary data to support the change
- Assessing the number of people impacted
- Keeping records & inventory of individual progress including maturity assessments
- Conducting analysis on best learning strategies and learning gap analysis for multiple stakeholder groups
- Support Learning and event logistics for a hybrid environment
- Assist in developing and tracking change adoption metrics and dashboards for teams and leaders
- Conducting organisational assessments (cultural or otherwise) to identify areas of potential conflict or problems that may arise during the change
- Creating and maintaining records of all communications and assessing best communication channels for delivering the right message
What skills you will bring;
- You are change specialist with demonstrated experience driving change adoption
- You are experienced in change delivery and can form holistic strategies, heroing the end user for adoption
- You communicate with impact and are comfortable facilitating
- You can multi task and prioritise your time
- You are comfortable saying no, in the interests of protecting the squad team, the end user and to ensure delivery against the group's technology strategy.
- You can create PowerPoint presentations with a creative flare
