It’ll streamline our operations, create a launchpad for future growth, and give our teams and customers the benefits of simpler ways of working.We are now recruiting for a Senior Change Manager that will be responsible for the initial set up of change capability across the enterprise, with an initial focus on One Endeavour. This role will see you focusing on the mid to long-term, building out change methodologies, frameworks and strategies to deliver business objectives within a ‘start-up’ environment, where agility and gravitas to engage key stakeholders and build the appropriate tools to foster an environment of change are required.Sound good? Read on:Here’s a taste of what you can expect as the Senior Change Manager:Develop the business capability uplift plan and approach for endorsement from key stakeholders via an aligned and agreed change maturity model.Ensure the development and maintenance of the overarching change process, standards and templates is used to enable a consistent approach to change management where possible. Working with the Head of Internal Communications, design and implement the change strategy, model and framework across the business.Play a significant leadership role in the change community, coaching and mentoring others to develop change capability at Endeavour.Design and conduct capability uplift programs for Senior Leaders, developing a training and capability framework.Engage, influence and bring key stakeholders across the business on the journey of change, anticipating and managing resistance.Articulate and describe ‘change’ to various levels of the business, using your strategic ability to establish a change management framework for Endeavour that is adopted and endorsed. QualificationsNow let’s talk about you: Formal change management/related qualification is essential.You’ll have demonstrable experience of delivering large scale change capability uplift.A deep theoretical understanding of change, and the ability to translate it into practical terms.A strategic mindset and the ability to work with a blank sheet to build change frameworks, models, and supporting processes.The ability to engage at a senior level, building trust and respect across the organisation.Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to peers and stakeholders. An extensive understanding of diverse Change Management principles and effective methodologies to execute suitable strategies.Experience working in a wide range of projects/programs.A strong collaborative style, a team-oriented and inclusive mindset is essential along with being proactive in identifying and solving problems.
