About the Role

Our team of three dedicated owners is seeking a highly talented and qualified Chef to join our team of professional chefs. You will play a pivotal role in our culinary excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Collaborating with the owners to design and implement exciting menu changes, reflecting your innovative ideas.
• Maintaining high standards in food quality, plating, and presentation.
• Handling high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines with grace.
• Fostering a customer-focused approach and delivering exceptional quality meals.
• Being a team player and contributing to a positive work environment.

About You 

Along with your strong work ethic and passion to learn you'll  have:

• A trade qualification - Certificate III preferred 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end, high-volume modern Asian restaurant.
• Strong plating and presentation skills, showcasing your attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality.
• A customer-focused mindset, enabling you to multitask and exceed expectations.
• A warm and approachable demeanor, dedicated to delivering excellence in every dish.
• A team player mentality, collaborating harmoniously with your colleagues.
