Qualifications & experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a small team
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a cafe or similar dining establishment
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Tasks & responsibilities
- Cook & prepare meals ensuring food quality and consistency by adhering to high standards
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
- Assist with the development of creative and inovative seasonal menus including specials
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste to optimize cost-efficiency
