Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve billing and collection reports
• Ensure on time payment of billed revenue
• Reconcile customer and company data sets, identify and present variances on excel
• Develop and provide meaningful end of month reporting
• Develop and enhance the current collection process
• Identify system and process improvements
• Develop and lead the dispute resolution process
• Build strong stakeholder relationships
• Develop Power Point packs for team presentations as required

Key Requirements:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to manipulate large data sets on Excel
• Billing & Collections knowledge
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Project experience advantageous
