Senior Collections Officer/Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve billing and collection reports
- Ensure on time payment of billed revenue
- Reconcile customer and company data sets, identify and present variances on excel
- Develop and provide meaningful end of month reporting
- Develop and enhance the current collection process
- Identify system and process improvements
- Develop and lead the dispute resolution process
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Develop Power Point packs for team presentations as required
Key Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to manipulate large data sets on Excel
- Billing & Collections knowledge
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Project experience advantageous
