About the Role
As the Senior Commercial and Contracts Engineer, you will report into the Commercial Contracts Manager and play a key role within the Windlab project team.
You will play a crucial role in driving the project forward, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and contributing to the overall success of the project. You are also responsible for managing all aspects of contract administration to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Duties include but not limited to:
Contract Management: Oversee the execution and administration of contracts with suppliers, contractors, and partners. This involves negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and managing any changes or disputes that arise.
Risk Management: Identify and manage contractual risks, working closely with the project team to mitigate potential issues and ensure the project stays on track.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. This includes providing regular updates on contract status and addressing any concerns or queries.
Financial Management: Monitor project costs and budget, ensuring that all contract-related expenses are accurately tracked and reported.
Compliance: Ensure all contract activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Who we are looking for!
As a key member of the construction project team, you will be a commercially focused individual who has worked on large, multi-discipline construction projects. You will have experience in contract administration, ideally within the renewable energy industry.
Having strong negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced changing environment is key to the success of this role.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, quantity surveying, Project engineers, quantity surveyors or contract administrators
Windfarm delivery experience would be an advantage. We are looking for someone who can make a real impact.
