Senior Contracts Administrator- flagship project- Attractive package

Stream Talent are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator for a residential builder/developer who are very busy and have a pipeline of work spanning more than 5 years. 

They have a number of projects working concurrently and have an exciting flagship project in the Sydney market which will be your first project as Senior CA to take control of and will run for more than 3 years.

Working in partnership with key stakeholders, and reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:

The role: 

• Ensuring ensure projects run smoothly and on budget
• This particular role will be a split between site and office
• Negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders
• Drafting scope of works and procurement schedules
• Variations, Processing progress claims etc

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a CA
• Experience working on residential projects
• Ideally experience with Jobpac and Procore 
• Be well presented and client facing
