As a vital member of this professional practice team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every patient's journey is nothing short of exceptional.
Join a team dedicated to providing best in surgical and non-surgical interventions including reconstructive and cosmetic surgery hand surgery, aesthetic and anti-ageing medicine as well as skin and wound care. You will work alongside the admin and nursing team who collaboratively ensure the smooth running of the practice and a positive patient experience.
As the face of the practice your day to day responsibilities will include; being the first point of contact, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, managing appointments and phone calls to keep the day running smoothly. You will support patients with care, answering questions and addressing their needs, coordinating surgical bookings to ensure seamless patient journey, billing and taking payments for consultations and procedures and maintaining a highly professional practice environment reflecting the commitment to excellence.
Criteria for the role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous experience in Surgical Specialist environment, including Surgical Bookings
- Professional with a passion for delivery of excellent patient care
- Competent in the use of Genie software
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
