Our client is a well-respected not-for-profit organisation looking for a Senior Experience Designer to come join their award winning team.
As the Senior Experience Designer, you will be a key part of defining, designing and delivering industry leading experiences for their 1.8 million members.
The Opportunity:
- You will be working closely with the experience design manager in their service design team leading & mentoring 2 designers across projects.
- You will also create end-to-end experiences across all channels (digital, contact centre and branches) that uplift member satisfaction.
- Part of this role will be leading on projects but mostly hands on, someone who has lead a team previous would be ideal!
- Full time position including hybrid working (2 days a week) in Sydney CBD
- 5 years + experience as a designer in a similar hybrid service design role
- A strong understanding of HCD design methods and can balance business needs vs member needs.
- Previous experience working on complex systems both internal and customer facing
- Excellent stakeholder management as you will be involved in facilitating workshops through to creating lo-fi prototyping
- Omni channel experience essential
- Strong understanding of design principles, HCD design methods, and design thinking
- Strong customer research skills to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, gather customer insights, and understand user behaviours.
