The purpose of this role will be to oversee Patient Support related Healthcare Programs, specifically those related to the MyHeart MyLife Patient Support program.
With effective project management skills, strategic agility, you will be able to apply your excellent stakeholder engagement skills both internally and externally.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, build and delivery of Healthcare Programs in line with the Heart Foundation's strategic Patient Support priorities. This includes project management of individual projects within the strategic pilar including milestone reporting, timeline development and financial management.
- Oversee the digital build, testing and delivery of the national MyHeart MyLife Patient Support program with a long term view to continue evolving the product in line with end user needs.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to oversee promotional campaigns aimed at driving uptake of the MyHeart MyLife program and support broader team objectives to grow the Heart Foundation's online peer support community
- Drive activities which help embed the Heart Foundation's strategic Patient Support activities into the health ecosystem, including transitions of care to ensure more people living with heart disease are supported on their recovery journey.

To be successful in this role you will have:
2. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Healthcare Programs
3. Demonstrated experience implementing programs in primary or tertiary healthcare settings
4. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to prioritise and organise work and meet critical timelines.
5. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively.
6. Preferred experience utilising Human Centred Design Thinking or other behaviour change frameworks
