About the Professional Standards, Regulation and Legal Division
The Professional Standards, Regulation and Legal Division (PSRL) provides strategic leadership, direction and supports operational service delivery through the design and implementation of governance, legal, policy, audit, risk, planning and performance data frameworks and performs regulatory services.
The Professional Standards Directorate within PSRL is focused on building and supporting positive workplace culture where staff operate with integrity, are accountable and ethical, and make informed decisions that consider risk, and drive continuous improvement practices.

As a Senior Legislation and Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for formulating policy and reviews and developing legislation with an emphasis on the education and care services sector. You will work in a collaborative and flexible way; be culturally responsive and model the Department’s ways of working and values.
