Lead the change in aged care
Due to service growth, we are seeking a highly experienced leader to act as a role model for our central clinical leadership team. As the Senior Manager, Clinical Services you will provide contemporary and evidence-based clinical guidance and education to our Residential Aged Care (RAC) sites.
Having a presence across our 6 RAC sites in Adelaide metro, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

What can you expect to be doing?
- Lead the Clinical Services team in providing contemporary, evidence-based clinical guidance, support, and education to staff across AnglicareSA's RAC sites.
- Contribute to excellence in clinical practice by assisting in developing, implementing, and reviewing RAC clinical service provision, clinical governance frameworks, and associated policies.
- Champion resident-centred care by ensuring timely identification and escalation of clinical risks, coordinating engaging clinical education programs, and collaborating with leadership to drive service improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning and development by providing clinical leadership, information, and mentorship to staff, ensuring compliance with defined care standards, and monitoring program performance.
- Play a key role in research and data analysis by planning and managing clinical research projects, ensuring accurate data collection, and utilising data to inform decision-making.
What do you need to bring?
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated senior clinical experience within aged care.
- Unwavering commitment to excellence and quality in aged care services.
- Empathetic and inspiring leadership style, balancing compassion with strength and resilience.
- Sharp analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
