An exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Manager Knowledge and Implementation. This role reports to the General Manager Operational Excellence.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing and operationalising the key Customer & Network Services (CNS) knowledge management strategy, and Implementation strategy. You will provide key insights and support for the improvement delivery & long-term strategic initiatives within CNS as well as the running of BAU operational activity.
The role will lead a team of highly skilled professionals who will support CNS's key strategic programs. This team will maintain an effective information and Implementation framework to ensure the delivery of operational BAU activity.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in driving process and knowledge change in a complex operational environment. Moreover, experience in end-to-end project delivery including long-term implementation management will be valuable.
You are a people leader with excellent attention to detail. You possess sound knowledge of process management, knowledge management, business benefits management, and change management.
