Senior Manager - Product Traceability

- Manage the delivery of the Product Traceability capability aligning to the customer, commercial and sustainability requirements of the Woolworths Group including potential regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Professionally engage with senior industry participants including government, industry bodies, standards bodies and academia to progress the Traceability Agenda in Australia
- Responsible for project management including creating project plans and ensuring delivery to the agreed timelines
- Manage effective relationships and contract negotiations with the relevant Solution Providers as well as internal delivery teams
- Support business case development to enable funding approval to progress work (including costs and benefits)
- A strong understanding of Project Management and delivery is essential, as is experience in delivering business change and software projects
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a desire to drive continuous improvement through the project lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills and proven experience to take on all circumstances and recommend plausible solution(s) to facilitate stakeholder decisions
- Demonstrated experience in effective project financial management, including time tracking and month-end processes to support the finance department
- Knowledge and experience of end to end retail and supply chain processes (knowledge of Product Traceability wood be advantageous)
