- Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with their branding goals and performance metrics. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Strategy Development: Lead the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that integrate branding, paid social, and programmatic media buying to achieve client objectives.
- Team Management and Collaboration: Supervise and guide a team of digital marketers, strategists, and media buyers, ensuring they are aligned with campaign objectives and delivering high-quality work.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to different channels and tactics to achieve optimal results. Ensure that budgets are tracked, managed, and optimized to deliver the best return on investment for clients.
- Channel Planning and Coordination: Develop channel-specific plans for paid social and programmatic media, outlining campaign objectives, audience targeting, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- 6+ years experience with Performance Marketing working in a Digital agency.
- Skill in creating Paid Search, Paid Social, and programmatic advertising strategies that align with client's marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles, concepts, and technologies; Understanding of Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, etc.
- Strong understanding of Paid Social media advertising principles and some understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
